    Determine the unique value proposition and competitive advantage that sets the business apart from competitors. Identify strengths and key differentiators that contribute to the business's success.
  2. Strategic Initiatives
    Outline the strategic initiatives that will be undertaken to achieve the defined goals and objectives. Each initiative should have a clear purpose, action steps, responsible parties, and timelines.
  3. Resource Allocation

  4. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
