"Read-only" may be your user type, but you can do a bit more than read pages - you can also comment, request updates, and ask questions.
Your team has created Tettra pages and probably linked to other content throughout your Tettra knowledge base. To find information, use the search bar at the top of Tettra or the Ask a question feature:
If your team has set up our AI bot, you can also let our AI bot Kai answer your question or ask Kai in Slack - without needing to tap a colleague on the shoulder (literally or virtually).
Have something to contribute? Just want to chime in? You can comment on a page - and @ mention a team member, too.
Beyond just commenting, when you request an update to a page, that request lands on the page owner's to-do list. A page request, like a question, is an assignment for a team member that stays on that page until it's resolved.
Remember way back in step 1, when we talked about asking questions! Go ahead and do it - your questions contribute to your team's knowledge base. After you've asked a question, your team will see it in their to-do list.
Your question can even be saved as an answered question to help other people on your team get the same information, faster.
