   3. What you need help with

Weekly

1. Weekly kickoff on Monday for weekly priorities for each team member
2. Weekly recap of the wins and learnings from each team member

Monthly

1. First work day of the month (skip on new quarter starts)
   1. Company recap of wins and learnings
   2. Company goal and priority setting
2. Each team (Product, Sales, Marketing, etc.) writes up detailed monthly goals and priorities

Quarterly

1. First work day of the quarter
   1. Company recap of wins and learnings
   2. Company goal and priority setting
   3. Share updates with key investors or shareholders

Yearly

1. Overall company vision recap and updates
